* local people trying to build a realtime "social GPS" map of Southend — more internet-to-hyperlocal

* http://www.iamamiwhoami.com/ continues to fascinate – there’s something here worth mining out

Coen Brothers? But I have a feeling your question is deeper than that.

    Tarantino.

Roger Corman perfected the Producer Brand.

  3. the iamamiwhoami site is a fan one, I think, however, itunes are selling the track ‘b’ and an iphone app

    M. Night Shyalaman has a special logo of his name on his movie posters. I think that rather counts.

  7. The iamamiwhoami video is haunting, creepy brilliance. I’ve watched it several times, and dedicated a blog post to the whole iamamiwhoami series. I fully expect my dreams to be haunted by sap covered wood nymphs wrapped in plastic and playing piano like Tori Amos meets Laura Palmer.

    Thanks for the video, Warren.

    Brian.

  8. Michael Bay. He’s already starring in commercials poking fun at his directoral persona.
