   I constantly wonder with these ‘Conan’ entries at what point body modification becomes mental illness (which touches less on the mod, and more on what defines a mental illness, outside the DSM IV anyway).

   This one, for instance, does have me pondering the mentally ill people I’ve dealt with who have self-castrated.
