Laden with reviews, and, as part of the "P.S." program, stuffed up the jacksy with weird crap you probably didn’t want — the paperback edition of CROOKED LITTLE VEIN is out today. This is what it looks like, except that the orange is far more vivid and toxic in real life.
The reviews quoted in the front continue to crack me up. The LA Times called it "a heart-shredding work of scatological brilliance." The Globe & Mail said it was "deserving of both applause and a strong disinfectant."
Weird little book. And now it’s out in paperback, which is what I always wanted. It’s a good day.
