Didn’t something just like that summon Yog-Sothoth in The Lurker at the Threshold?
Cool, very. Does it turn or shift? It would be quite creepy if it just picked out people from the crowd and followed them as they walked by.
Looking at that makes me think of Uzumaki.
i really hope it moves.
For some reason when I read the title I thought it was a mix of Shnjuku Thief and Yamatsuka Eye. I’m so severely disappointed I may weep.
THANKS A LOT WARREN.
Does it have a random commuter death beam!
Thank you for the pick-up!
Does it shoot a death ray if you jump while it’s watching you?

I am somewhat reliably informed that it spins and makes sudden color changes.
That’s beuatiful art. Also, it’s fucking eery. Big Brother meets Doctor Who’s design team.
Yes, “beuatiful,” reserved for non-classic beauty.
